The energy certificate is an official document drafted by a competent technician that includes objective information regarding the energy characteristics of a property.

It is compulsory for purchase and sale or rent by Royal Decree 235/2013 dated April 5, and it is valid for 10 years.

The Second Occupancy License is a document of administrative nature that aims to demonstrate the minimum compliance with certain elements necessary for a space to be inhabited for the purposes of health, solidity or sanitation.

It is compulsory when there is a sale or purchase of the property and for any change of owner concerning water and electricity supplies. It is generally valid for ten years.

The Topographical Survey is a data collection in order to make a plan that reflects the greatest possible detail and accuracy of the terrain.

It is a document that certifies the date of construction of an existing building. For a building to be registered according to its age, it must be prior to 2010.

In any other case, it must be registered with a building license from the City Council where it is located, along with other required documentation.

This is a GML file made by a competent technician in which the georeferenced coordinates of the property or building are determined, which together with the alternative graphic validation is the documentation requested by the Registrar as a Georeferenced Map.
